Pokercard Terms & Conditions — A Complete Guide to Using the Platform

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legal agreement between Pokercard (pokercard.biz) and its users. By creating an account, browsing the site, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

This agreement is available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version shall be considered final. Pokercard is headquartered in Curaçao and operates under a valid gaming license.

The following eligibility criteria must be met to open an account on Pokercard.

• You must be at least 18 years old and meet the legal age requirement for gaming in your country of residence.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will result in account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same person, all of them will be closed.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Sharing account access with any third party is strictly prohibited.
• Individuals registered as professional gamers or affiliates will be subject to separate agreements.

Pokercard will request KYC verification before your first withdrawal or when your total deposits exceed ৳50,000. Required documents include: National ID (NID) or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement, and proof of payment method.

Pokercard supports multiple payment methods. All deposits must come from your own account — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits must be made from your own account only. Using another person's account will be treated as money laundering.
• Pokercard reserves the right to hold any suspicious transactions pending verification.
• Funds deposited are typically reflected in your balance within 30 seconds.

The following rules apply to withdrawing winnings from Pokercard. We aim to make the process as fast and hassle-free as possible.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts: bKash/Nagad ৳200, bank transfer ৳1,000.
• Your first withdrawal must be made using the same method as your deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• If you have an active bonus, withdrawals are not permitted until its wagering requirement is met — however, you may cancel the bonus to proceed with a withdrawal.
• Pokercard reserves the right to withhold withdrawals and conduct an investigation if fraud is suspected.
• Mobile banking withdrawals are typically processed within 1–5 minutes.

All Pokercard bonuses and promotional offers are governed by the following general terms. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific conditions, which will be stated on the bonus page.

• Only one bonus can be active at a time.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before withdrawing bonus funds.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once its validity period expires.
• Claiming bonuses from multiple accounts under the same household, address, or device is strictly prohibited.
• Pokercard reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse or arbitrage is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

All game outcomes on Pokercard are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG), which is regularly audited by independent reviewers. No game result can be predetermined or manipulated.

• If your internet connection drops during a game, your bet remains valid — the outcome will be determined based on server data.
• If a match is cancelled after a bet has been placed on Sports Betting, the stake will be refunded.
• Once a bet is confirmed in live betting, it cannot be changed.
• Exploiting any bug or glitch in the gaming software is prohibited and any winnings obtained this way will be forfeited.
• Pokercard will not be held liable for any losses resulting from gaming errors.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Pokercard. Any violation will result in immediate account termination and all balances may be forfeited.

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Playing games using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence.
• Attempting to exploit the bonus system or claiming bonuses through multiple accounts.
• Harassing, intimidating, or using offensive language toward other players.
• Use of stolen payment cards or bank accounts.
• Attempting to breach platform security or engaging in hacking.

Pokercard may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the following circumstances.

• If any violation of the Terms & Conditions is proven.
• Evidence of account creation using a false identity or another person's information.
• Any attempt at fraud or misappropriation of funds.
• Court orders or directives from regulatory authorities.

You can close your account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will generally be returned within 5 business days.

Pokercard provides its services on an "as is" basis. We shall not be liable for the following.

• When gameplay is disrupted due to internet outages, power failures, or third-party service interruptions.
• When you experience service disruptions due to issues with your own device or network.
• Financial losses from gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.
• Force majeure events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, and similar circumstances.
